Ben Lomond Alumni Pipe Band
A competitive pipe band from Ogden, Utah, playing Highland games, festivals, and concerts across the West since 2024.
A young band dedicated to traditional Scottish piping and drumming
The Ben Lomond Alumni Pipe Band was founded in Ogden in 2024. We are a competitive Grade 5 band registered with the Western United States Pipe Band Association (WUSPBA), and we play in the MacPherson Hunting tartan.
In 2026 our pipers and drummers competed and performed from Costa Mesa to Kansas City, at Highland games and solo contests in Utah, Nevada, California, Missouri, and Illinois. At home, you'll find us at Piping in the Park, local concerts, and every Monday night at practice.
The band is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations help pay for instruments, uniforms, travel, and contest fees.
